Dr Michelle Lavin (Ireland), Dr Claudia Khayat (Lebanon), Dr Jecko Thachil (United Kingdom), Dr Augusto Federici (Italy) and Emily Ayoub (Canada) present global inequities in VWD registrations, survey results on VWD in the east Mediterranean region, VWD advocacy in low resource settings, proposed national adaptations of the international VWD guidelines, and recent updates from the WFH WBDR.
