The session was moderated by Nathan Connell (Assistant Professor of Medicine, Harvard Medical School).
Michelle Lavin (WFH VWD & RBD Committee Chair), Baiba Ziemele (WFH Board Member and president of the Latvia Hemophilia Society Latvia) and Nicolas Giraud (President of the Association française des hémophiles) discussed specific recommendations on diagnosis and management of VWD and how they can be applied to different resource contexts. Participants also learned about recent developments related to care for people with VWD.
