On a longtemps cru que seules les personnes de sexe masculin pouvaient manifester les sympt\u00f4mes de l\u2019h\u00e9mophilie. Aujourd\u2019hui, on sait que de nombreuses femmes porteuses, quel que soit leur \u00e2ge, ressentent les sympt\u00f4mes de l\u2019h\u00e9mophilie. Au fil du temps, nous avons appris \u00e0 mieux conna\u00eetre la pathologie, notamment les raisons et les m\u00e9canismes qui affectent ces femmes.
