Pourtant, comme bon nombre d\u2019organisations de patients peinent \u00e0 impliquer les jeunes au sein de leurs communaut\u00e9s, il est n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019encourager ces derniers \u00e0 une participation plus active.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\"><em>Parole aux jeunes<\/em>\u00a0est une s\u00e9rie d\u2019articles visant \u00e0 trouver les leaders de demain, \u00e0 les mobiliser et \u00e0 leur donner les moyens n\u00e9cessaires pour participer au dialogue international et op\u00e9rer des changements positifs au sein de leurs communaut\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h3>Exp\u00e9riences r\u00e9ussies de groupes de jeunes<\/h3>\n<p class=\"\">En d\u00e9cembre 2013, le programme du Plaidoyer en action de la FMH a tenu son neuvi\u00e8me atelier \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al, au Canada. Intitul\u00e9 \u00ab Developing youth leaders to advocate effectively \u00bb (apprendre aux jeunes leaders \u00e0 mener \u00e0 bien des actions de plaidoyer efficaces), l\u2019atelier a rassembl\u00e9 douze jeunes participants issus de douze pays ainsi que vingt-neuf autres participants en vid\u00e9oconf\u00e9rence. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cet atelier, les jeunes ont pu acqu\u00e9rir des connaissances, des aptitudes et des comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour concevoir, planifier et mener des campagnes\/strat\u00e9gies de plaidoyer en toute efficacit\u00e9.
