Define las mejores pr\u00e1cticas para la toma de decisiones compartidas en el tratamiento y la atenci\u00f3n de la hemofilia, y ofrece una gu\u00eda para personas con hemofilia, sus cuidadores y profesionales m\u00e9dicos a fin de facilitar la toma de decisiones compartidas exitosas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"clamp_p\">Este es un documento vivo que se actualizar\u00e1 dos veces por a\u00f1o con nuevas pruebas m\u00e9dicas. Las fechas de corte para nuevos datos o pruebas ser\u00e1n el 30 de junio y el 31 de diciembre y las actualizaciones se realizar\u00e1n en los meses siguientes. Para el diagn\u00f3stico o consulta de un problema m\u00e9dico espec\u00edfico, la FMH recomienda que se ponga en contacto con su m\u00e9dico o con el centro de tratamiento local.
